After ripping out the weird extra row of elastic chain stiching that crossed my boobs (32F), and hemming to be knee length, then washing, this is actually a cute breathable cotton dress that emphasizes my slim waist! It looks cute with or without a belt. The Drop please stop adding that extra row of elastic!
